The speaker of the National Assembly of Karabakh, Ashot Ghulyan has announced that parliamentary parties were making negotiations with the purpose of organizing parliamentary hearings on the Karabakh conflict. According to their preliminary information there will be hearings in March and Armenian officials will be invited too, including the foreign affairs minister Vardan Oskanyan. During the parliamentary meeting on February 13, MP Vitali Balasanyan spoke about the Karabakh conflict and asked to inform them about those seven issues that had been brought up by the Azerbaijani president and agreed by the Armenian side. The deputy foreign affairs minister of Karabagh, Masis Mailyan, stated that, according to official information, the negotiations had ceased due to the non-constructive approach of Azerbaijan. He also said that the Karabagh foreign affairs minister had met his colleague in Yerevan.
