The head of the Azerbaijani “Obozrevatel” newspaper politics department, Roman Temnikov, who was invited to Karabakh, said that he was treated fairly in Karabakh. The same day the group colleague of the same newspaper said that his behavior was against journalist ethics, according to which “journalists shouldn’t cooperate with countries that are not recognized”. Temnikov was fired. This newspaper, that works with the British “Peace and War Broadcasting Institution”, is considered to be the most pro-governmental newspaper in Azerbaijan.
