Siberia redeemed the debt

Last year former shareholder of “Armavia”, “Siberia” company sold its stocks to the Armenian side. However, since RA government representative Artyom Movsesyan, Head of the Civil Aviation Central Board (CACB), has not signed the agreement at the beginning of the current year yet because “Siberia” should pay $1 million annually to the Armenian Government. They haven’t paid the debt of the current year. According to the CACB, the airline company has already transferred the abovementioned amount of money and Movsesyan has already signed the agreement, which will be approved during one of the sessions of RA Government.
