According to our information on February 3 an accident occurred in Nubarashen military base of RA Ministry of Defense. Due to heavy snow captain Vahagn Dolunts, commander of the 2nd corps of #5 regiment, assigned a few military servants of that base to clean the snow from the territory of the base. After some time, at about 10:30 p.m. he decided to walk around that area to check whether the snow had been cleaned. He found the mentioned group of military servants in the “cloak room” drinking. Dolunts pointed his finger at them, after which he was beaten by 6 servants. He was moved to the Central Hospital of the RA Defense Ministry due to his wounds. Four out of the six military servants were “dembels” (elder generation of servants). The uncle of one of those servants is a major-general and works in the Central Corps of the RA Ministry of Defense. At present the soldiers are in the RA Military Police department. Investigation is underway at the RA Military Prosecutor’s office.
