Yesterday, RA Defense Minister met with the Russian president advisor on inter-regional and cultural cooperation with foreign countries, Modest Kolerov. Last time he visited Armenia was at the end of May, 2005, when he asked the officials to arrange a meeting for him with political groups and parties. But then he didn’t inform the press anything about these meetings. At that time many people didn’t understand the purpose of this visit, because during his visit he asked MPs about the local government elections and the Constitutional referendum, as well as about possible political developments.
