It has already been one year that the list of the companies subject to privatization has been forwarded to the National Assembly to take into consideration. There are also some medical institutions in this list, and the names are sometimes taken out of the lists (for instance the physiotherapeutic institutions). Now it is “Aeromedicine”” health care center’s turn, which belongs to the RA Civil Aviation Central Board. But the most interesting thing here is the fact that these companies are being privatized, but the relevant parliamentary commissions are not informed about this. The members of the parliamentary commission on social and health care issues are not even informed about this: “Wha privatization?” As for the head of this commission, representative of the “Legal State” party Gagik Mkheyan, he says that these days he is involved in serious conferences and doesn’t have time to answer to any questions that concern “Aeromedicine”.
