The presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia started the Karabagh conflict negotitaions in Rambuye, France. Before that meeting the president of France, Jacque Chirac met with the presidents of the two countries separately. But after the meeting, neither of the sides gave any information about what they had discussed during their meeting. After the meeting, only Jacque Chirac said that both sides will be able to have new outlooks for peace.
