OSCE Minsk Group (working on the resolution of Karabagh conflict) has left for Paris in a hurry, where the meeting of Armenia’s and Azerbaijan’s presidents is supposed to take place in Paris on February 10-11. A journalist from the PanArmenian.Net was informed at Juri Merzlyakov’s office (Russian co-chairman of the Minsk Group of OSCE) that there was a certain change in the agenda of meetings of co-chairmen with the presidents. And the Russian diplomat, who was supposed to go to Paris on February 10 had already left on the 8th of February.
