The Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Markaryan doesn’t have any updates of the Karabagh peace settlement negotiations.
“I think that we shouldn’t discuss the allocation of the peacekeeping forces. It is not clear how the negotiations are going, what the package deal is and the sides are only talking about one component of the package,” said Andranik Markaryan in response to the journalists’ questions.
The Prime Minister doesn’t even want to talk about returning the liberated territories.
“We can’t only talk about separate issues. Everything must be discussed and has to be looked at as a package deal, not separately,” he said to “168 Hours”.
Mr. Markaryan said the following in response to the question as to whether or not the negotiations are being led through stages.
“We call it a package deal. There may be stages later on, but there has to be one document which states the sequence of the events and the basis.”
