Yesterday the court of Malatsia-Sebastia community rejected Mayor of Noyemberyan’s appeal against “168 Hours”. The purpose of the mayor wasn’t to make the newspaper print information denying the information printed in the previous edition, but to find out who that brave citizen is that wrote an open letter to the prime-minister and the president’s advisor on corruption issues with the help of the court. “I’d like to know who he is so I can punish later”, said Mr. Amiraghyan about his future plans. Mr. Amiraghyan is a member of the “Republican” party and yesterday he said that he would appeal to the second instance court only if he got their leader’s permission, who is the prime-minister. He doesn’t have this permission yet.
