Yesterday no issue on the mandates of Azerbaijan was included in the agenda of the EU discussions, but according to their rules the issue could be included in case ten members stood up and denied the decision to recognize the rights of the delegation of Azerbaijan. While discussing that issue Stepan Demirchyan entered the hall in the right time when nine people were standing to protect the adoption of that issue and he was considered as the tenth person to advocate that issue and the issue was included in the agenda. This it is the first time that Stepan Dmirchyan is taking part in the EU meetings representing the opposition.
