The next court session of the second criminal case of Azeri military servant, Ramil Safarov, who has been accused of killing Armenian military officer Gurgen Margaryan, will take place on February 21st . The Azeri officer is accused of resisting the guards of the isolation cell in 2004 and may be sentenced to a two year imprisonment. The court session was held yesterday and only took 30 minutes. During the procedure, the state prosecutor presented the accusation in Turkish after which, the judge delayed the session until February 21st. Safarov is accused of axing Margaryan to death during a NATO training session on February 19, 2004 and his trial was delayed until March 7th.
