According to our sources, the RA president Robert Kocharyan has fired the head of the juridical acts mandatory fulfillment department of the RA justice ministry Anatoli Avagyan. It is said that the president is going to appoint one of the 6th board top officials in this position. With the purpose of finding out more about this, we contacted the press secretary of the Justice ministry Ara Saghatelyan and received the following response: “Anatoli Avagyan is the head of the juridical acts mandatory fulfillment board of Armenia”. As a matter of fact, A. Avagyan is already informed about this but he will continue working in this position till the end of this month.
