The RA prime minister Andranik Margaryan has worked out a three-degree grading system (good, fair, poor) with the purpose to evaluate the work of the ministries and the other governmental bodies after their annual statements. Yesterday the Ministries of Energy and Transportation/Communications and the state taxation committee made their statements. The marks of the last two ones were evaluated as “good”, but the mark of the transport and connection ministry was “fair”. Regarding this A. Manukyan said: “The prime minister says that although we worked very well, but we haven’t worked on the Meghri-Ghapan road construction; we also have to reconstruct the railway, that is why our mark is “fair””.
