On Tuesday, the secretarial office of the European Union congress
presented an issue to the ministers entitled “Exclusion of Armenia from
the EU” during the congress session. With this in mind, leader of the
Armenian delegation of the EU Tigran Torosyan said: “The EU uses a type
of mechanism: each deputy writes down his desired question and puts it
up for discussion. In reality, there has been no such issue presented.
This is nonsense. It is just nonsense and it can have no effects.”
Let’s not forget that nonsense may cause effects in politics.
