According to Turkish “Eni musafat” newspaper, the president of Azerbaijan Heidar Aliev is leading confidential negotiations with OSCE representatives in Paris and the topic is the Karabakh conflict regulation developments, particularly the possibility of organizing a referendum. Heidar Aliev is on a short-term vacation in Paris since January 2. By referring to some diplomatic sources, “Eni musafat” writes that at first Aliev left for Dubai and then for Paris. Azeri media doesn’t write anything regarding where Aliev is now and they only suppose that he will be in Azerbaijan again only next week.
