The RA public prosecutor’s office instituted legal proceedings yesterday in regard to the violations during the referendum and sent the criminal case to the first instance court. The public prosecutor’s office brought up cases against citizens who voted instead of other people. The public prosecutor’s office was informed about such cases of illegal voting in Ajapnyak and Davitashen communities of Yerevan and in the city of Gyumri.
