Kocharyan didn’t let?

21/01/2006

President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan forbid General Prosecutor of the RA Aghvan Hovsepyan to turn his “Nig-Aparan” patriotic union into a political party and didn’t allow leader of the presidential staff Artashes Tumanyan to found a political party. This was the information provided by the “Lragir” electronic newspaper edition. “The only thing left for Tumanyan is the hope that the ARF will support him and promise to place him as prime minister if he has the majority of votes at the NA, just like they promised in 2003.”
