Recently rumor has it that “Kotayk” beer company has been sold. We tried to ask for information from the company officials, but they didn’t give us any official information: “We can’t say anything regarding this”. The investment on the part of “Castle” company in 1997 (18 million dollars) was one of the biggest foreign investments in Armenia during the time. The 71 % of the stocks of “Kotayk” LLC belongs to Piere Castel, and the rest of the 29 % belongs to Gagik Tsarukyan.
