Recently the RA ombudsman Larisa Alaverdyan sent a letter to the RA NA head Arthur Baghdasaryan, where she wrote that after the Constitution had been amended there were no clear provisions stating the status of the ombudsman’s institution in Armenia, which could cause difficulties for this institution activities. Larisa Alaverdyan wrote in her letter: “Since there are some contradictions connected with interpreting the articles on this institution, please clarify what kind of approaches there are to solve this problem”.
