Calling journalist to the public prosecutor’s office

On Saturday the public prosecutor’s office of Shirak region called “168 Hours” journalist Armine Avetyan and questioned her. After our 69th publication the police department head of the Marz wrote a letter to the public prosecutor’s office, where he said that Armine Avetyan had played around with his reputation in the article entitled “The adventures of the head of the Shirak Marz police board”. The prosecutor of Shirak Marz, David Sargsyan and Albert Derdzakyan questioned the journalist for more than two hours to find out who had given her the published information.
