“Hope dies last. I hope that the Armenian-Russian strategic cooperation will continue and both of the governments will find certain solutions in regard to the gas price”, says A. Baghdasaryan. “If the opposite happens it will be very hard for me to answer the questions of our compatriots regarding our estimations about the gas price raise which have to do with intimate ties between Armenia and Russia. There might be other questions as well. For example, why don’t we levy any amount of money from the RF for letting them keep their military forces in Armenia? We will have to answer these questions sooner or later. Indeed, the cooperation, friendship that Russia and Armenia have is not worth being jeopardized by those approaches. I don’t except the fact that there will be many hard feelings after the gas price raise.”
