Word has it that the secretary of “Justice” alliance Victor Dallakyan is going to be the leader of the “Developing Armenia” political party that Gagik Tsarukyan is going to found. Recently, one of Dallakyan’s friends asked him why he kept that news secret and he answered jokingly: “the chief appears at the end”. Then he said that the party board would be formed in March, 2006, where his name would not be fixed anywhere. But later in May or June they will announce that Viktor Dallakyan is going to lead that party. In response to a question regarding how the alliance members would react to this news he said: “I didn’t appear in the NA with the help of the alliance, so I am the one to solve my own problems. I haven’t taken any responsibilities, so I am free to make my own decisions”.
