The Americans and Azeri agreed that the former Soviet “Solukh” radio-location station (which has been ruined), which is situated in Ordubad region (at the altitude of 3500 meters) of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhijevan, will be given to American military forces. This station is no worse than the radio-location station “Gabulay”, which has been given to Russian forces, and has a capacity to totally or partly “cover” the territories of Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Armenia. It is planned that a similar radio-location station will be set in Horadiz as well.
