According to Central Bank president Tigran Sargsyan the “dollarization” process that is going on is not good for the economy development. According to Tigran Sargsyan about 90 % of dollars in our economy is “under shadow”. “Upon our analysis we concluded that dram is mostly used by lower and middle levels of people”, says Tigran Sargsyan.
