The President of Karabagh Arkadi Ghukasyan does not share the opinion of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, when he claims that we can not have what we had back in 1997 for solving the Karabagh conflict. “Levon Ter-Petrosyan is entitled to his own opinion, but I know for a fact that we can have more than what we had back in 1997.”
