Yesterday RA connection and transport minister Andranik Manoukyan, during our phone conversation, said that we could publish information in his name that all companies involved in newspaper subscription couldn’t be privatized (it is our pleasure to inform people about this). But we wonder why taxation bodies make intensive revisions in these companies and announce that their activities are illegal, when the RA “Law about Post Service” doesn’t provide this kind of right (as A.Manoukyan says). So at least why are “Arm Post” and “Arm Press” companies going to pay 5 million drams to obtain license on the base of the law? We also wonder why the authorized bodies provided license for those companies if this was out of the law…
