According to our preliminary information deputy head of “Armenian Electric Power Stations” CJSC Gevorg Avetisyan won the elections in Nor Hachn city on Sunday. Five candidates were nominated in Nor Hachn city for the mayor’s position. G. Avetisyan got 2059 votes. Gagik Matevosyan got 1996 votes (he was backed by RA general prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan and Gagik Tsarukyan), and member of “NDU” political party Anahit Aghoyan got 939 votes. The other two candidates, Papik Virabyan and Boris Tovmasyan collected 77 and 52 votes respectively.
