Yesterday there was a governmental special session, which was conducted by the RA prime minister. On the base of the RA Constitution (Article 70) the government made a decision to apply to the NA head with the purpose of organizing a meeting on December 15 at 12:00 to hold discussions and bring up some governmental legal drafts. They made a decision to present extra suggestions regarding the meeting agenda to the legislative branch of power within two days. As for discussions dedicated to holidays and day-offs, the government decided to replace the date of the discussion January 3 with January 8.
