According to Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, Robert Kocharyan uses the Karabakh conflict issue to develop his interests in Armenia, and Ilham Aliev uses this issue to develop his interests in Azerbaijan. According to him these two parties will be obliged to find a solution in 2006. “Now they propose the same draft as they did in 1997. So who is the responsible person for all the losses during these 8-9 years and for the alienation of our country?”, says H. Hovhannisyan.
