“The constitutional amendments were aimed towards weakening political power in Armenia,” said politician Igor Muradyan during a session held at the “Hayeli” club dedicated to the Karabagh issue. However, Muradyan later confessed that he hasn’t even read the amendments. He also wasn’t familiar with the famous article written in 1997 by first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan entitled “War and Peace-Time to get serious”. According to another participant of the session and member of the Armenian National Movement (ANM) administration Yerjanik Abgaryan, the negotiations for the Karabagh conflict are just imitations and he doesn’t consider Armenia’s integration into NATO important.
