Yesterday head of “Rule of law” political group Samvel Balasanyan announced in the NA that it was clear to everyone that there had been violations during the referendum. We asked him if it was clear that there had been fraud why they had signed the statements made by electoral commissions and he answered in confusion: “Oppositionists signed those statements too. We did our best, but always there are people who are not fair, and sometimes some of them were tired and went out of polling stations”.
