Recently Karabakh president Arkadi Ghukasyan met with owner of “Flash plus” company, share holder of “Karabakh Gold” CJSC and head of The Armenian Church Karabakh Branch Barsegh Beglaryan. They held discussions on developing the agricultural field in Karabakh, particularly developing vine growing. B. Beglaryan informed A.Ghukasyan about his application to the government regarding privatizing the wine factory of Stepanakert. He also said that in case his application was met he would invest about 600 million dram and would create 100 new vacancies there. It is worth to mention that recently the Karabakh NA brought up and adopted a law regarding stating privileges of taxation activities for “Stepanakert wine factory”. According to the head of Karabakh regional management and production structures minister, the debt of the factory to the government covers about 27 million dollars. According to our information there are companies in Karabakh, which staff members want to privatize, but in this case the NA and the government don’t make any efforts to give any privileges and raise these debts.
