Deputy officials from the United States and the CIS countries participated in the international conference dedicated to the 2nd anniversary of Georgia’s “Revolution of Roses”. Although it sounds strange, Armenia did not take part in the event-it didn’t even send an ambassador and that put down the reputation of the country in Georgia. However, the Armenian authorities can not come up with an explanation.
