President of the National Assembly Artur Baghdasaryan is trying to prove that “Rule of Law” political party is not to blame for the false results of the constitutional amendments referendum. The National Assembly and presidential elections are ahead and he must try to cover up for the falsifications somehow. He found a way to “cover up” by populism; something which he does often. A. Baghdasaryan said during an interview: “It is evident that there have been falsifications and I agree with the fact that that is not good for our country’s reputation. All those who have taken part in falsifications have gone against what we believe is the right path to take.” Then he added: “…the people know very well who is who, who says and does what, they know who to believe and who not to believe despite what others say,” says A. Baghdasaryan. The people also know that the “Rule of Law” political party has also taken part in the electoral bribes of the referendum with the help of its members. All the deputies of “Rule of Law” have been involved in electoral bribes in their polls. The ones known for their falsifications include Vram Gyulgadyan, who is also known as “Vram the Potato guy” in Stepanakert, and Samvel Balasanyan in Gyumri. Gagik Karapetyan, who is a member of “Rule of Law”, owner of the psychiatric center in Sevan and owner of the Sevan branch of “Rule of Law”, is also known for falsifications. Member of “Rule of Law” Stepan Barseghyan has also taken part. Finally, Mher Shahgeldyan was not only the head of the “yes” headquarters, but also a deputy member of “Rule of Law”.
