“The cases of electoral bribes for “yes” votes during the referendum had reduced compared to previous elections,” said representative of the Social Information Center for oppositionist political parties Stepan Safaryan. But, in order to not leave the impression that our authorities are acting legally and that the referendum on November 27 was fair, S. Safaryan added: “According to the confidential information given by observers, the amounts for the electoral bribes had been procured by the organizers of the referendum since they preferred to get results through a cheap way-by falsifications.” The Social Information Center announced its speech yesterday where all the violations that took place during the referendum were presented in detail. They had received the information regarding the violations from observers of the electoral committee on referendum day. However, taking into consideration the fact that the electoral bribes were widespread and also that everything was organized and sponsored by the authorities, the opposition is going to translate that speech and send it to all international and legal organizations.
