On November 24, the prosecutor’s office in Kotayk Marz sent some news to the Nairi police department regarding Telman Kyaram Ahoyan (born 04.26.1983), who had sent a notice for army enlistment to the Nairi enlistment center on behalf of his brother Rashid Mhoyan (born in 1986) and had received a note stating that he was to come to the enlistment center on October 10, 2004. It turns out that T. Mhoyan had gone to the Nairi police department’s passport services and had received a fake passport. A criminal act has been brought up according to the first parts of articles 325 adn 327 of the crminial code of Armenia.
