The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mamediarov announced yesterday that Baku is against the allocation of NATO peacekeepers in the Karabagh conflict settlement process. “This issue is first and foremost connected to the mandate of the peacemakers, but we have not even started to plan it all out. If we talk about how all that is going to be, then the sides will have to understand that those forces can not present anyone from the member countries of the OSCE’s Minsk group or any neighboring country,” said E. Mamediarov according to the “Trend” newspaper.
