On November 8th, the Ararat police department received a note from the Ararat municipal hospital stating that Alina A. (born in 1983), who is a resident of the Yeraskhan village of the Ararat Marz, had laid her son Artyom Mnatsakanyan (born 15.08.2005) to sleep and then discovered that he was dead in the morning (predicting that this was probably due to the mother not taking precaution). The Ararat Marz prosecutor’s office has begun the legal proceedings.
