During a conference on the topic of Professional Education and Teaching Prospects the German Ambassador Hans-Jochen Schmidt said, “Armenia does not have gas and oil, but has brains, and due to this is always praised.” Meanwhile the Ambassador said that Armenia’s problem is oligarchy. The Ambassador said that during different meetings he had addressed the issue of the necessity to break down oligarchic systems, but had always been criticized for that. Even more, in such situations they answered to him that Armenia needs oligarchs.
