They simply “helped people to move”

The deputy chief of the police of Armenia Robert Melkonyan has commented on the brute force against the group of people wanting to dismantle the boutiques in Mashtots park and said, “Did you see any brutality there? What we did is simply we asked the citizens that had entered the protected area to come out of there, they did not, and we helped them to move out. They were the ones who were pushing the policemen. No brute force was applied.” In answer to a question why they had failed to accept the screw that the dismantling group had given to them as present the police deputy chief said, “I offered them that I could send them one kilo of those screws. And I am very surprised to see that the entire world saw on live how 50-60 intelligentsia representatives, like playing a fighting game, introduced the rehabilitation of Tigran Khzmalian after the incident with her wife as a great victory, quasi they had liberated the Bastilles. This was a game forchildren, a show that Tigran Khzmalian had demonstrated.”
