The chief editor of 168 Hours newspaper has submitted documents to the 4th precinct of Arabkir community of Yerevan to nominate her candidacy in the National Assembly elections under majoritarian system. In the same precinct the competitors are businessman Artak Sargsyan, who is the owner of SAS company and is supported by the RPA, Zaruhi Postanjyan from Heritage party, Aram Manukyan from the ANM and Alexan Minasyan, who is nonpartisan. Suren Surenyan, the head of the security service of former police chief and former political prisoner Vano Siradeghyan, wants to be nominated in the same precinct too. Before being nominated Satik Seyranyan stopped his office in the position of the chief editor and during the pre-election campaign the 168 Hours newspaper will be published by the newspaper’s editorial council.
