On November 3 the local police department of Vanadzor received a call from the civil hospital and was informed that a person had been taken to their hospital with injuries (A.A., born in 1971). Police officers visited the hospital to find out what had happened. They found out that this person had tried to kill himself with the help of a cable. But when doing this in the lavatory, the cable cut, he fell down and got different physical injuries. The prosecutor’s office of Lori Marz has instituted legal proceedings in connection with this case.
