Recently the RA National Assembly celebrated its 15th anniversary. Arthur Baghdasaryan was the person in charge of organizing the event. They did their best for this celebration. Parliamentary delegations from about 80 countries visited Armenia with the purpose of participation. They organized receptions and meetings too. Accordingly they had to spend much money to organize this celebration. According to our sources, they spent about 200 K USD to organize this event.
