The office of “Armenian Justice Group” of America informs that the US Senate has approved the draft for providing 75 million USD as assistance for Armenia. The share of Karabakh is 3 million. The commission made a decision to provide the same money as military assistance for both Armenia and Azerbaijan: 5 million USD as military support and 750 k USD intended for international military education for each country. The total sum of foreign financial assistance of the US budget of 2006 is 20,9 billion USD. The U.S. intends on providing foreign assistance of 35 million USD for Azerbaijan, 67 million for Georgia, and 80 million for Russia.
