According to “Regnum”, recently the vice-speaker of the upper chamber of the Russian parliament Alexandr Toroshin spoke about the well-known announcement of the president of Iran concerning Israel and said: “These words of the president of Iran may be a result of emotions and absence of a good political experience”. According to him this kind of leader has no right to make this kind of announcements. Toroshin also said that this kind of announcement couldn’t affect the developments in the world or cause a war.
