The head of civil secondary court Marat Katvalyan will have to leave his position. According to our sources, deputy minister of the Ministry of Justice, Tigran Mukuchyan is a candidate for that position. It is worth to mention that in order to obtain that position Mr. Mukuchyan has to be included in the official list for court career development. With these purposes the authorized bodies organize an examination every year. According to data, this examination has been already organized this year, the list has been reconsidered but the name of Mr. Mukuchyan is missing there. In order to obtain this position he tried to include his name in this list entitled “out of turn”. “I can only say that the Justice minister, Davit Harutyunyan has made a suggestion to include the name of Tigran Mukuchyan in this list”, – said Ara Saghatelyan, the press secretary of the Justice minister.
At the end of the day we learned from our “source of information” that Mr. Mukuchyan had been included in that list.
