Several days ago businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan made scandalous announcements concerning the minister of energy and natural resources Armen Movsisyan, prime-minister Tigran Sargsyan, Syunik region governor Surik Khachatryan (Liska), Serob Ter-Poghosyan who is accused in child molestation and his wife. Minister Movsisyan has invalidated the license of the company that belongs to the mentioned businesswoman (Sipan 1 company, which, according to the businesswoman, has made an investment of 10 million dollars in the mentioned mine). Even though S. Hambardzumyan has applied to court, the minister organized an auction promptly and sold the mine to a company, some of the shares of which belong to prime-minister Tigran Sargsyan and his former adviser, child molester Serob Ter-Poghosyan. According to S. Hambardzumyan, Syunik region governor S. Khachatryan has stolen facilities worth of 102 million drams from her Sipan 1 company. “Currently the properties worth of 102 million dollars are in the Geghva Dzor mine area, which belongs to Suren Khachatryan, and they are using that property,” said S. Hambardzumyan. The governor has decided to sue the businesswoman. In answer to the question of 168 Hours newspaper why the governor wants to sue the businesswoman he said, “You are a journalist. Have you read it? Is it an announcement of a human being?” The businesswoman had told us about her meeting concerning those facilities with the governor. In answer to this statement the governor said, “Let her shut up. We will speak about that tomorrow. She is not speaking the truth. Don’t you see that she is a blackmailer?” When the businesswoman learnt about the governor’s intention to sue her, she said to our newspaper, “It means that he is sick that came to this. I want the governor to sue me very much because he will lose his reputation with facts. Currently that case is being investigated. How can the investigator change the materials? It is impossible.”
