Today the first instance court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts will hold the court hearing of the case brought by the former director of School 2 of Echmiadzin Mrs. Susan Nazaryan and her son against Marine Martirosyan, a journalist of the 168 Hours newspaper. The two court sessions will take place with thirty minutes difference. Both of the court cases will be heard by judge A. Melkonyan. For your information, Mrs. Nazaryan and her son are requesting 4 million drams from the newspaper for harming their reputation.
