“As it was expected, we made Serzh Sargsyan stronger through the dialogue. Of course there are different opinions, but we did not undertake the dialogue for the purpose of strengthening Serzh Sargsyan,” said former prime-minister Hrant Bagratyan concerning the dialogue between the ANC and authorities. “This is what Serzh Sargsyan received. What did the ANC receive? The ANC solved the most important problem it had to solve; it released its political prisoners,” said Hrant Bagratyan.
